Audra Morrice is a chef, an author, a producer of her range of all natural gluten free products and a television presenter.
A graduate in Economics and Japanese, Audra left her very successful career in telecommunications to follow her passion in food. Her career in the culinary world began after her stint as a finalist in MasterChef Australia 2012. She then went on to become co-host and judge on MasterChef Asia in 2015, and today Audra is once again on the panel of three judging on MasterChef Singapore. Audra has also been a guest judge on MasterChef Poland.
Audra has her own cooking series, Tasty Conversations, broadcasted on SBS Food Network in Australia, fyi broadcasting across Asia, and tastyconversations.com.au.
Her cookbook “My Kitchen, Your Table” is currently available at all leading bookstores and online on Amazon and The Book Depository. Her new cookbook “Cook & Feast” will be out in November 2018. She runs a catering business for private events in Sydney and has successfully headlined numerous corporate dining events for clients such as Lexus, Adyen, St George, Westpac, AAPT, Nextgen, Optus, McKinsey, Eskimo, Quantcast, Young & Rubicam Group, Entrepreneurs’ Organisation, Woollahra Council etc. She also runs hands-on cooking classes and bespoke corporate programs in Sydney and Singapore.
In 2016, Audra was MC and host, and chef for MasterChef Dining & Bar at the Intercontinental Singapore.
Audra has also hosted a series of dining events in Singapore including A Culinary Evening with Audra Morrice at The Singapore Marriott Tangs Plaza in 2017. Most recently, she collaborated with the New Ubin Seafood Restaurant at CHIJMES in Singapore and took over the kitchen for one evening as part of the 2018 World Gourmet Summit. In October this year (2018), Audra will once again collaborate with Malcolm Lee at Candlenut presenting all her dishes for a one night only event.
Audra was invited to speak at the Web In Travel conference in Singapore which in 2017, led to her collaboration with Accor Plus offering members a personally guided food and cultural tour of Singapore getting right off the beaten track and visiting her favourite food haunts.
Audra was also the creative food consultant for Laguna Phuket to launch the very first Laguna Phuket Food and Music Festival. The success of the event attracted huge accolades from the governor of Phuket as well as the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
She also provides consultancy services for cafes and restaurants in Sydney and has consulted for Batu Batu Resort, a private resort off the east coast of Malaysia with activities stretching across menu creation, staff training and operational changes, all aimed at improving kitchen operational efficiencies and up-skilling staff in preparation for the island’s move towards a more sustainable environment and operation.
Audra is an Ambassador with the Singapore Tourism Board and has been a part of several campaigns including Get Lost and Find the Real Singapore and Celebrity Concierge along with Tetsuya Wakuda, Antonia Kidman and Tom Williams.

Over the past several years, Audra has been a loyal supporter of the Nelune Foundation, founded by Nelune Rajapakse OAM and Anna Guillan AM and continues to donate her dining experiences at the Annual Lilac Ball in September. http://thenelunefoundation.org
